Dolce Sonno is part of a charming old farmhouse nestled in the Tuscan countryside, where the apartment Sonnellino is also located. The two homes, each with its own entrance on opposite sides of the farmhouse, offer privacy and quiet, while sharing access to the beautiful swimming pool surrounded by greenery.

Located near Montescudaio, a charming hilltop village with all essential services, the farmhouse allows you to enjoy the peace of the countryside without giving up convenience. From here, you can easily reach the stunning Etruscan Coast and the most famous medieval villages such as Volterra and San Gimignano. The great art cities of Florence, Pisa, Lucca, and Siena are also within easy reach.

As you step inside Dolce Sonno, you’ll be embraced by the warmth of terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams, while the carefully selected antique furnishings give each room a timeless charm. The masonry kitchen, fully equipped and featuring a fireplace, is the heart of the home — perfect for preparing family meals or enjoying romantic dinners by the fire.

On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, the kitchen, and a bathroom for guests’ use. The first floor hosts three additional bedrooms — two doubles and one twin — along with a second bathroom. One of the upstairs bedrooms even boasts a small fireplace, ideal for cozy, intimate moments of relaxation.

Outside, the farmhouse opens onto a large private park surrounded by century-old olive trees, a perfect setting for strolling, reading, or simply unwinding. A furnished veranda invites you to enjoy meals outdoors, while the wood-fired oven lets you bake bread and pizza the traditional way.
