To confirm the reservation a deposit of 30% is required.
The balance will be paid 15 days before arrival.
Payments are made by bank transfer.
In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit of 30% will be retained.
In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the rent will be retained.
In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival the full rental cost will be charged.
